Jacto Cannon Sprayers provide total protection for your crops. They are ideal for vegetables, nurseries, berries, Christmas trees, pumpkins, sweet corn, soybeans, wheat and other crops. They can also be used for application of herbicides on pastures, and desiccants and defoliants on mechanically harvested crops such as cotton. They are extremely effective for fly control in poultry, dairy, and feedlot operations. You can combine the productivity of an airplane application and the practicality and efficiency of a boom sprayer with a Jacto cannon sprayer. The spray solution is delivered to the crop by a high-pressure air stream with fine droplets that results in extraordinary penetration into the densest foliage. Jacto Cannon Sprayers can cut your spraying time by up to 75% and your chemical usage by 50% or more over hand spraying! AIRBLAST SPRAYERS
Jacto Airblast Sprayers for Orchards, Vineyards, Christmas Trees, Nurseries, and Citrus Groves are unsurpassed for coverage and easy maintenance. We utilize the world's finest ceramic cylinder high-pressure piston pumps, combined with constant-pressure and proportional-flow, quick-relief control valves (standard on most models) for the most efficient operation. Available in 70 and 105-gallon capacity, three-point hitch models; and 265, 400, and 500-gallon capacity trailed models. Most models come equipped with flip-over ceramic nozzles for quick changes of application rates. Jacto fans are individually tailored to the specific model needs and come in three sizes; 25, 28 and 33-inch diameter. They are equipped with variable pitch, fiberglass-reinforced nylon blades, and a centrifugal clutch with a lockout mechanism so the fan can be turned off during filling. This allows the hydraulic and mechanical agitation to continue while filling and during transport to the spray area. AIR-ASSIST BOOM SPRAYERS
Jacto's air-assist boom sprayer, the Falcon Vortex is a 3-point hitch mounted, 165-gallon capacity boom sprayer that allows you to cover the same area as a 330-gallon trailed sprayer when used as directed. It provides unsurpassed crop coverage and protection by utilizing Jacto's air-assist boom system that displaces the "dead" air around your crop with the spray solution suspended in high-speed "Vortex" air. Additionally, when used as directed, independent tests have shown that air-assist boom spraying can reduce drift between 57 and 71% over conventional boom spraying, even in windy conditions. The Falcon Vortex features a 46 foot length hydraulically-controlled boom. It has electronic in-cab controls for the boom and the constant-pressure and proportional-flow, quick-relief control valves. This amazing sprayer also features a hydraulically operated fan, a ceramic cylinder, high-pressure piston pump, a chemical mixer with container rinse nozzle, and a clean water tank for operator protection and comfort.
